• Led advocacy efforts with local government and policy stakeholders to protect property rights, streamline compliance frameworks, and secure key exemptions for legal rental operators.
• Spearheaded statewide economic impact and rental market research initiatives to provide data-driven insights on residential and mid-term housing demand.
• Co-founded and helped establish the Hawaii Mid- and Short-Term Rental Alliance (HIMAST), consolidating county-level rental alliances across Oʻahu, Maui, and Hawaiʻi Island into a unified statewide advocacy voice.
